JOB ROLE

• Lead and expand the clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations.
• Manage customer interactions, running multiple client projects.
• Collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to validate new assays in the clinical lab.
• Contribute to the company’s strategic direction as a key member of the Senior Management Team.

ABOUT YOU

• MD/PhD in a relevant field.
• Significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing.
• Certified by an HHS-approved board.
• Strong background in cancer biology and experience working with ISO 15189 standards.
