The company are a manufacturer of food produce supplying the local and further afield markets. the company are expanding and looking of new operatives to join the team into their future team leaders & managers of the business. You will join either a production team or pack house team. The company are serious about your personal development and upskilling their team – All managers and team leader have come from the factory floor, and they promote from within. There are many different avenues you can take starting as a production operative. You will work initially in a production environment and been trained on different packing and processing machinery. Though a base knowledge of food manufacturing is advantageous the company are looking for career driven people with the right attitude to join the business.
