An opportunity has arisen in our Thames Valley office for an experienced UK VAT specialist who will enjoy a varied role acting as a trusted advisor to a varied portfolio of clients in the local region. We are open to receiving interest from those either at Manager or Senior Manager level.The candidate will be a senior VAT resource in the Thames Valley office and will be expected to work with the VAT unit partners and the local office partners in developing VAT services and client relationships in the region. The individual will be supported in the office by a pre-manager level VAT specialist for whom they will have line manager responsibilities and by the wider partners and staff in the national VAT unit. There is the opportunity to progress to director and partnership for the right person.Skills & experience preferred:UK VAT generalist able to advise on corporate VAT matters.Thames Valley office client base includes property & construction, retail, manufacturing and tech & media. It is a varied portfolio.facing role that will necessitate the need to build and maintain trusted client relationships.VAT technical support to other service lines within Crowe such as our outsourced tax and accounting services business.focus on marketing and business development in order to raise the profile of both Crowe and our VAT services in the external market. This will involve both regional and national activity.development and leadership skills.
