Come join the team and help us make history! Were seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead events andcontent initiatives for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). In this role,youll serve as the strategic mastermind, blending analytical prowess withcreative flair to orchestrate large-scale marketing events that bolster AmazonFreight Partner and Amazon Relay businesses objectives. Your primary missionwill be the development and execution of flagship events, serving as a nexusfor key customers and partners, facilitating engagement, education, andamplification of our sustainability and program performance goals. As the driving force behind our event strategies, youll be accountable forsetting and achieving ambitious goals, meticulously curating event contentincluding speakers, sessions, and post-event amplification efforts.Collaboration will be key, as youll liaise with external agencies, brandteams, and marketing counterparts across EU and NA to ensure seamlessexecution and alignment with overarching business objectives. Key job responsibilities - Develop, lead, and execute flagship carrier and partner events, ensuringalignment with Amazons sustainability goals and announcements, and maximizingimpact through strategic content curation and delivery. - Define event themes and programs in line with business objectives, projectmanaging the development of speaker sessions and content creation,collaborating closely with internal teams - Own and manage all aspects of content for events, including speakerselection, session development, and post-event amplification strategies todrive engagement and awareness. - Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing & Program teams, andexternal partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of flagshipevents, driving playbook implementation and optimizing event effectiveness. - Manage vendor-funding collaborations during events to optimize fundingallocation and maximize value for both partners and Amazon. - Orchestrate comprehensive marketing strategies for events, encompassingpre-event, at-event, and post-event phases, leveraging social media platformslike LinkedIn to amplify reach and engagement among target audiences, ensuringmaximum participation and impact. - Own financial planning and reporting for event performance, providinginsights to inform future event strategies and optimizations. - Conduct post-event reporting and analysis to measure ROI and identify areasfor improvement, diving deep into data to uncover insights and successes. - Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across carriers, partners, andinternal teams, ensuring global consistency to brand guidelines and supportingwider marketing initiatives as needed. They are key to making Amazon more innovative andefficient. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree - Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketingprograms - Experience in marketing or marketing research - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determineimprovements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - Experience in event management, including the organization and execution oflarge-scale events. ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting - Proficient in content creation and ownership for event materials andcommunication.
