Location: England, UK - Remote Summary: This a brand new position with the aim of growing our clients business in the UK + Netherlands, through partnerships with distributors in each country. Objectives and Responsibilities: Foster Distribution Growth: Drive expansion by cultivating and overseeing relationships with both new and established distributors. Geographic Impact: Lead business operations across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and the Netherlands, ensuring market penetration and growth in key regions. Product Expertise: Provide invaluable support on our diverse product portfolio to distributor sales teams and key accounts, empowering them to excel. Empowerment Through Training: Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for distributors and end-users, equipping them with the knowledge needed for success. Presence at Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, showcasing our offerings and networking with industry stakeholders. Agile Travel: Embrace extensive travel within the UK and across targeted countries to nurture relationships and drive business growth. Utilize Sales Tools: Leverage cutting-edge sales tools such as CRM and Business Plans to streamline processes and provide accurate insights into channel development. Seamless Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal support functions at headquarters, including customer service, credit, technical services, and marketing, to ensure cohesive regional strategies and support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of experience in Livestock or related industries, preferably with team leadership experience. Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strategic customer relationships, including both distributors and key accounts. Demonstrated success in driving top-line sales growth through effective distributor management and support. Strong grasp of dairy, swine, and poultry economics, production, and nutrition. Entrepreneurial mindset and proficiency in financial benchmarking and evaluation. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with attention to detail. Collaborative problem-solving skills and effective communication and presentation abilities.
