Pre-Construction Project Manager

They are a highly profitable, sustainable business built through their client relationships, drive, passion and commitment to excellence.This role is part of their continued growth as they consistently outperform competitors with innovative construction methods.As Pre-Construction Project Manager you will play a key role in the process of communication between Integra departments and the client, ensuring the successful construction and installation of modular buildings on clients’ sites.This is a great opportunity to work for a company with honest and open communication, great clients and a strong order book. The Pre-Construction Project Manager will be responsible for: Working with the business development team to propose solutions for strategic bids on turnkey and high value projectsLiaising with clients during the bid stage to identify risks and plan mitigationSupport the technical team with technical queries during the bid stagePlanning and instigating project hand over to factory build teamsDeveloping programmes of work using MS ProjectDeveloping key relations with a range of clientsWorking closely with internal departments, providing technical support, to ensure successful, profitable work is won and deliverableThe Pre-Construction Project Manager will need: Traditional or modular construction industry Project Management experienceExperience of managing projects at pre-construction either solely or as part of a wider project management position.Experience of using MS ProjectGood communication and customer facing skillsAs specialists in offsite construction, this is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and respected modular company and be a key part of the delivery of a wide variety of projects across the UK, in sectors as diverse as sport and leisure, education, healthcare, office and commercial operations.If this role is of interest, please apply today or contact Tim Rudkin for a confidential chat.
