CNC Programmer/Miller

CNC Miller/Programmer - Near Maldon - Permanent - Up to £40,000 per annum Stafforce are currently working with an engineering company based in the Maldon area. We are seeking applicants who have previous experience working as a CNC Miller/Programmer, who are looking for their next opportunity. Due to increasing customer requirements, our current vacancies include a position to join our busy day shift team in the Milling section, the successful candidate must have CNC Milling experience, knowledge of Hurco control and be capable of reading customer drawings. You would be expected to be able to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative producing quality, 1 offs and small batch work. The role: * Operating CNC machines (milling) to produce small batch work and 1 off designs * Inspection of incoming goods and tooling * Quality control of products * Ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times The Key Requirements: * Ability to work under own initiative * Flexible approach to work * Good communication skills (verbal and written) Additional information: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm: overtime available Up to £40,000 per annum 28 days annual leave PPE and uniform provided Company pension Free onsite parking Permanent position offering full training R45
