Head of Learning and Development

The role is with a Private Equity backed Technology business who are looking for a Head of Talent & Development to join their team. The role will be 4 days in the office in either Manchester, London or Bristol. Travel required between offices. This person will be responsible for : Creating and implementing the L&D strategy Leadership Development Training Succession planning Performance Mgt Sales Academy EDI Experience: Strong L&D and Talent Mgt background Ideally worked in a large corporate and seen best practice Ideally had experience in a high growth scale up Management experience
