Despite being a small team, the company has reached impressive revenue milestones within its first year.About the Role:The company is looking for a Full Stack Flutter/Dart Developer to join its early-stage engineering team. This role will have a significant impact on the development of their key products. Working directly with the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for creating and refining features that will be used by thousands of users daily. The team is composed of highly experienced professionals with successful track records, making this a fulfilling and impactful role.Responsibilities:Collaborate as an essential member of the engineering team to accelerate the ongoing development of the core Flutter app.Enhance and maintain features within the internal admin web app built with Flutter.Expand and support AWS backend services.Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align technical execution with product requirements.Partner with QA to address and resolve bugs, ensuring a smooth experience in staging and production releases.Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure seamless and timely deployment of new features.Qualifications:Extensive experience with Flutter/Dart, particularly within startup or high-growth environments (experience with Riverpod, Go Router preferred).Proficient in AWS technologies (such as SAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA.Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and documenting projects in detail.Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in development work.Experience working within Agile Scrum teams.Self-driven and capable of working independently.Preferred Skills:Strong product sense with an understanding of product development processes.Passion for fitness, with experience in developing fitness-related products or a personal interest in working out.
