About Our Client:

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to join and lead our client’s team in Manchester. This is a high-visibility, strategic role responsible for driving and expanding the business with agencies based outside of London. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical part in building our client’s presence and revenue in the North, overseeing all aspects of sales strategy and execution in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across the North of the UK.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key digital agency partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AdTech solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio within the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure the delivery of best-in-class services and solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking to further build brand presence in the region.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and regional developments to the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within AdTech, media, or digital advertising industries.
- Strong experience working with DIGITAL teams within media agencies, with an established network of digital contacts outside of London.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Manchester, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
