Senior Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a large company which operates in the education sector, providing accessible education and qualifications from institutions across Europe, Asia and North America, as well as online learning options. Their in-house legal services team is expanding, and they are seeking a senior commercial legal counsel to join them on a permanent basis.Please note this role is based in their London office, on a hybrid basis.You will structure, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including partnership agreements, terms and conditions, licences and platform agreements. In particular, you must be familiar with education technology agreements.You will also work in collaboration with their sales, procurement and marketing teams, and you will be expected to line manage two junior members of staff.
