Senior Care Assistant

Are you a SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Care Assistant to work in a Residential Care home in Diss, Norfolk. Full time NIGHTS £14 per hour. Due to the location of the home, you will be required to be a car driver. Ideally you will hold an NVQ level 3 or be currently working towards one. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to work nights in their home. You will be experience in working nights and running the team. You will hold an NVQ Level 3, and want to give the best possible care to those living in the home. You will be experienced in writing care plans, conducting supervisions, upskilling the care team. You will have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to work as part of a team. Be empathetic and caring nature. You will report directly to the Nurse in Charge / Deputy and Manager of the home. Our client is unable to offer the role to anyone who has visa restrictions to work within the UK for this role.
