We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who’s ready to grow with us and take on CTO responsibilities in the near future. The right candidate will have the opportunity to receive a large equity grant and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our platform.
- Lead the development of Valandor’s AI-powered platform, working across the front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with our AI team to integrate advanced algorithms and ensure efficient data handling for talent scouting.
- Build scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems that manage large datasets for sports, entertainment, and business.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure a seamless user experience, improving key metrics like SEO, page load speed, and scalability.
- Own the technical architecture and help shape the long-term technical strategy of Valandor.
- Manage the development cycle from inception through to deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
- Work directly with our founders and investors to align the product roadmap with business goals.
- Grow into the CTO role, taking full ownership of the technical team and product direction as we scale.
- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.js and back-end technologies like Node.js, Laravel, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable architectures (AWS, serverless, microservices, etc.).
- Proven experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and handling large datasets.
- Knowledge of AI/ML models and integrating them into production systems is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain or Ethereum-based tokens is a bonus (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively and collaborate with non-technical teams.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, or technology, and a drive to build products that change industries.
