About the Role: Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across various primary schools in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work, allowing you to gain experience in different educational settings while making a real difference to the lives of young people.Key Responsibilities: Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities. Supporting students individually or in small groups. Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Managing behaviour and ensuring that all students are engaged and focused. Adapting quickly to new environments and building relationships with students and staff.Requirements:Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
