The Role We're seeking a talented Midweight or Senior Designer to join our creative team. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through innovative and visually stunning designs for exhibitions, events, and retail spaces. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and design solutions. Create a wide range of design assets, including 3D visuals, floor plans, layouts, graphics and interactive elements. Ensure designs are visually appealing, align with brand guidelines, and meet project objectives. Produce high-quality design deliverables within tight deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software. Assist with the development of design standards and guidelines. Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas. We're looking for someone who: Possesses a minimum of 3+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the exhibition and events industry. Demonstrates a strong portfolio of design work, showcasing creativity, versatility, and a keen eye for detail. Is proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., 3DS Max, AutoCad, Vector works , Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma). Has a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout. Is able to work independently and as part of a team. Is a problem-solver with a positive and collaborative attitude. Is passionate about design and has a desire to continuously learn and grow. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
