Quality Technician

Quality Technician required. Our client is a manufacturer of specialist cast parts for the automotive industry. Due to the ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join their team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the scanning of parts using equipment such as a Faro Arm and Scanning Ball alongside the inspection of daily production parts.Quality Technician Position OverviewUtilising 3D scanning equipment including handheld scanners and Faro Arms.Engaging in quality related issues to ensure corrective actionsComplying to ISO16949 & 9001 standardsAn understanding of measuring software is desirableFormulating 8D documents on issuesQuality Technician Position RequirementsPrevious experience in a Quality Technician role or similarStrong communications skills, both written and verbalBased in a commutable distance of CoventryExperience working with Faro Arm / Scanning equipmentQualifications within manufacturing / engineering is desirableQuality Technician Position Remuneration Salary £24,000 - £26,000Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00.
