Personal Injury Paralegal

A leading Defendant law firm is looking to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to strengthen its team in Leeds. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims including PI from inception to settlement. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office required. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in the following: Experience of dealing with motor PI claims under the predictive costs regime is desirable Experience of the MOJ portal, stages 1 and 2 Pre-litigation experience Credit Hire Experience Experience of handling claims outside of the MOJ and the predictive cost regime This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an incredible team and gain more experience in investigating personal injury claims with a view to successfully repudiating the claims.
