This is a home-based position with regular travel required to East Midlands area. Key Responsibilities: Integrating Finance with Operations: Lead the integration of our financial and operational systems to ensure maximum efficiency, aligning with our sustainability objectives. Data-Driven Transformation: Build systems that allow us to capture and analyze data to drive transformative projects, ensuring we stay on track toward sustainability goals. Financial Efficiency: Automate and streamline financial processes, improving reporting accuracy, and reducing inefficiencies that impact our environmental footprint. Budgeting and Performance Tracking: Develop sustainable budgets and track performance, ensuring we are both profitable and responsible in our operations. Leadership and Change Management: Lead a cultural shift toward more sustainable practices within the finance and operations teams, challenging outdated methods and driving innovation. Hands-on Involvement: Engage directly with operations to fully understand processes and ensure financial practices are aligned with our sustainability-driven mission. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with expertise in finance and operational integration. Proven experience developing systems that use data to drive operational and financial efficiency. Strong knowledge of budgeting, performance tracking, and sustainability-focused cost management. Expertise in technology integration (API/EDI) and inventory systems to streamline sustainable operations. Leadership skills to inspire change, improve efficiency, and lead teams toward a shared sustainability vision.
