Our commitment to exceptional customer service has made us a trusted partner in the AV industry. We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Audiovisual Service Engineer to join us. Role Overview: As an Audiovisual Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our clients’ AV systems. You will be responsible for responding to emergency callouts, conducting scheduled maintenance visits, and providing expert technical support. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. What You’ll Do: Emergency Callouts : Quickly respond to service requests, troubleshoot, and repair AV systems on-site. Maintenance Visits : Conduct regular maintenance, log all service details, and provide feedback to our Service Contract Coordinator. Technical Support : Offer expert advice and troubleshooting for AV equipment, focusing on Yealink and Logitech systems. Client Interaction : Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. Diary Management : Independently manage your schedule, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Vehicle & Equipment Management : Maintain the company vehicle and demo stock, ensuring everything is in top condition. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven track record as an audiovisual service engineer or in a similar role. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of AV systems, particularly with Yealink and Logitech equipment. Certifications : Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CTS, Crestron, Extron, AMX) are a plus. Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel across the UK.
