As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, working directly with the Head of Marketing to elevate the brand. From crafting engaging emails to analysing data, your role will be diverse, creative, and rewarding. Are you the right person for the job? Creative flair and a passion for marketing Experience in B2B and B2C marketing (membership organisation experience is a plus) Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics 365 and email marketing platforms (Dot digital is a plus) In-depth knowledge of website CMS platforms like Umbraco and SEO best practices Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects What will your role look like? Craft emails that captivate our members and drive engagement using segmentation and A/B testing Design eye-catching banners and social media posts with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro Collaborate with external developers, manage updates, and test new features Maintain the website, enhance SEO, and ensure content is always fresh Plan dazzling mixed-media campaigns that seamlessly combine digital and traditional marketing Planning and promoting company events to boost ticket sales through social media campaigns and targeted email marketing Customise email lists and utilise Dynamics 365 to create personalised marketing experiences Dive deep into data with Excel, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking to understand traffic and campaign success Present detailed reports on website, email, and social media performance to guide strategic decisions What can you expect in return?
