Your new role
In this role you will be required to travel to various sites, carrying out surveys in relation to legionella and asbestos detection in properties.
You will also be required to carry out compliance surveys on rental properties, ensuring they are up to scratch in terms of health and safety legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will hold a degree or equivalent in Building Surveying and must have previous experience working within residential or risk surveying.
You must have a full driving licence and have the ability to prioritise work in order to meet strict deadlines.
