Product Manager(s)- Hybrid / Remote First - UK & Europe InterQuest are partnered with an exciting gaming organisation who are looking to grow their Product function going into 2024. With over 500 employees worldwide, they provide market-leading content, working with over 80 leading game providers. As such, they also offer completely flexibility in terms of remote working, giving employees the option to be fully remote or they can visit the office if they wish. They are looking for a number of seasoned Product Managers to help join their organization across Sportsbook, Casino & Player Experience. Responsibilities Define front-end features and enhancements based on customer needs, user feedback, market trends, and business priorities. Oversee the design and development of the user interfaces. Drive data-driven decision-making for front end and enhance monitoring capability for key front-end performance metrics. Lead the push for a CX led approach. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the front-end product team. Encourage experimentation, feedback-driven iteration, and knowledge sharing to drive product innovation and excellence. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure 'best in class' Products. Work closely with multiple remote teams to deliver on requirements for the business. Requirements Extensive experience in front-end product management - ideally working on both app and web Experience in the online gambling industry, preferably covering both casino & sports, with knowledge of the European & US markets preferable. Good level of technical understanding (not coding, but being able to have high level conversations with the dev teams) A background in working across Agile Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
