Role: Dynamics 365BC Consultant (Finance) Location: Midlands - Hybrid Working (Travel to clients required) Salary: Up to £75k + benefits Note: Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction Are you an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central professional looking for your next challenge? My client, a leading business solutions provider, is seeking an Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert consultancy sessions, guiding clients through effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and associated add-ons. Conduct system walkthroughs, identify opportunities for functionality enhancements, and troubleshoot client software concerns on-site across the UK. Manage project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations meet client expectations. Provide clear and impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery, exceeding client expectations. What They’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in finance (AAT Level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
