Experienced Learning Support Assistant Required - Lambeth (Starting October 2024) A highly regarded secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from October 2024. With a competitive daily rate of £85 to £95, this role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact in students' lives and progressing their career in education. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students through one-on-one and small group assistance. Address students' physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting overall well-being. Assist with preparing educational materials and classroom resources. Support students in both individual and group activities, encouraging active participation. Collaborate with teachers to meet the individual learning needs of students. Track and monitor student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents when necessary.
