Service Retention Specialist

Job Introduction We are recruiting for a Service Retention Specialist to join our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis. Excellent basic salary, with an OTE of £30,400 plus benefits. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department. Role and Responsibilities Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs Accurate data inputting of customer details Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction Improve and drive lead conversions Contacting prospective customers and upselling products Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner Adhering to brand standards About you Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills Self-motivated & target driven Able to work on your own or as part of a team Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner Competent using Microsoft Office Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
