Senior Site Manager Required near Braintree, Essex

Development of 100 houses and apartments, traditional build 2 to 5 bedroom homes.

The successful candidate is likely to come from a major house builder or have a mixed contracting/house building background. A current CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid Certificate is desirable. With the assistance of Assistant Manager you will manage the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to the company's high standards, you ll manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control.
