About the Role: Our client, a pioneering and dynamic fintech start up, is seeking an ambitious Senior Developer to join their team. They have aims to be first to market, with a new generation of client facing technologies that are functionality rich, out the box and available at a much lower price point. The 1st version of their new technology is now available and has been extremely well received by early adopter clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for Senior Developers who are self-starters, with an entrepreneurial spirit, to develop their skills and contribute to market-disrupting projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance the Front End User Interface and User Experience for the new product Manage the Back End relational database Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Proactively identify and solve problems to improve product performance and user satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: At least 6 years experience as a developer Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, JSON, and Rest API Understanding of Web Architecture: Experience of working with HTTP, web services and a clear understanding of design fundamentals Team Management: The ability and enjoyment to help lead a team of junior developers Problem Solver: Conscientious self-starter, capable of quick learning and proactive problem-solving. Client-Focused: Demonstrates emotional intelligence with a client-centric approach and natural collaboration skills. Innovative & Accountable: Takes ownership of tasks, is conscientious, and consistently delivers innovative solutions.
