Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid – Remote Opportunities Available
Location: London
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor
Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and Disposals
- Tenancy Agreements
- Leases/Commercial Leases
- Licences to assign and for alterations
- Joint Ventures
- Developments
- Assist senior fee earners and other team members on complex matters
- Manage own caseload independently
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Minimum 2 years PQE or equivalent
- Experience in commercial property matters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
