The role involves working within a globally integrated corporate team across four continents on complex, cross-border, and high-profile transactions. Role Overview
As a Corporate Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to an impressive client base, including Fortune 100 companies and leading global firms. You will work on a variety of complex, cross-border and high-profile transactions, contributing to the success of the corporate team and the firm's reputation for excellence in the legal industry.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters.
- Manage and execute transactions from inception to completion.
- Conduct due diligence and manage legal risks.
- Collaborate with partners and associates across the firm’s global network.
- Deliver exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQE
- Strong experience in corporate M&A gained within a reputable law firm
- Degree (minimum 2:1) from a respected institution
- Experience in ECM and public M&A is advantageous
- Willingness to support on transitional services agreements
