Senior QS - £25million (Heavy Refurb)

We are looking for a Senior QS who will be tasked to spearhead a £25million Cut & Carve Commercial Office Scheme in South West London. The scheme will be comprise of adding 1 extra floor to existing structure, full façade replacement and some very complex ground work/strengthen works to the existing building. You will be leading this project with a Commercial Director within an arms distance but also have Project QS's at your disposal.
