Bar Manager - £34,000pa // + 10% Bonus, split quarterly // + Tips & Tronc We are looking for a Bar Manager who will take responsibility for managing the day to day running of the wet side of the business. A hands-on leader, motivating the bar team and charming guests, whilst ensuring standards are adhered too. Someone who expresss a strong set of common values that shine through as an example and tone for the rest of the team and not shy from getting stuck in operationally. Roles & Responsibilities Bar Team We are looking for someone who can create a fun, positive and professional working environment that encourages team members development. We drive to ensure the team are happy, engaged and trained to a high level.
