Role Overview

As a B2B Sales (Appointment Setter), you will play a key role in our sales team by identifying and generating leads and booking appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). You will focus on outbound lead generation, cold-calling, email outreach, and attending industry events to create business opportunities. Success in this role will require a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients in the Lettings and Property Industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B outbound lead generation through cold-calling, email outreach, and other channels.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to develop warm prospects.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs) to present new business proposals.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Lettings and Property Industry to engage prospects effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and prospect data in the company's CRM system.
  • Adapt quickly to change and work efficiently to meet objectives.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on results.
  • Experience or interest in the Lettings or Property Industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage data and track progress.
  • A self-motivated and adaptable individual with a desire to grow and progress within the company.
