Digital Marketing Coordinator Location: London EC2M (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home) Salary: £25k - £30k DOE Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking to make an impact in a growing firm? My client is a highly regarded tax advisory firm, recognised as one of the top firms in the UK, offering specialist UK and US tax services for individuals, businesses, and trusts. They have recently refreshed their brand and are looking to expand their digital marketing efforts. With a solid online presence and a focus on growth, they are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The client values a collaborative working environment with excellent staff retention and supports professional growth through external training opportunities. They are looking for someone who can bring both technical and creative digital marketing skills, alongside supporting their business development initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior digital marketer, or someone with around 1+ years of experience, to take ownership of digital marketing campaigns and contribute to business development efforts. You will play a key role in executing campaigns, creating content, and managing HubSpot, the company’s CRM platform. Additionally, you will support the business development team by identifying new growth opportunities and providing insights based on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC. * Monitor and analyse campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimisation. * Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms. * Utilise HubSpot to manage customer data, automate marketing processes, and improve engagement. * Create and curate content that aligns with the brand’s marketing objectives. Content Creation: * Develop engaging content for the website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms. * Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality visual content. * Ensure content is SEO-friendly and supports marketing goals. Analytics and Reporting: * Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance. * Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, website metrics, and HubSpot performance. * Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data insights. Business Development Support: * Provide insights on industry trends and competitors to support business development efforts. * Work closely with the business development team to identify new leads and potential clients. * Assist with managing client interactions and data within HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is up-to-date. Required Skills and Experience: * 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (internships or placements considered). * Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. * Experience with HubSpot is essential, including managing workflows, automations, and campaigns. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. * A creative mindset with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and within a team. Desirable: * Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). * Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools. * Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is a plus.
