An established and rapidly growing boutique law firm in the West End is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The firm is known for its commitment to excellence, providing top-tier services to a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and luxury retail brands. The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a variety of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and property finance. You will also provide support on corporate transactions and be expected to manage and run cases independently. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work closely with the team to develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring that the firm continues to deliver exceptional service. You will be joining a firm that values innovation and collaboration, offering the opportunity to engage with a range of clients and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. The role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong track record in business development and the ability to generate new work. The Commercial Property Solicitor Minimum 6+ years' PQE in commercial property law. Experience from a reputable City/West End firm or a leading regional firm with an excellent reputation. Proven ability to handle sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and property finance. Strong client management skills, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, demonstrating a collaborative approach. A history of generating work and business development skills. A following is desirable but not essential. Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and the enthusiasm to develop your own practice.In Return? Competitive salary range: £80,000 - £90,000.
