Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor (ideally Dual Qualified) Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland About the Role: Are you an outgoing and experienced Real Estate Solicitor, ideally with dual qualification (both England & Wales and Northern Ireland)? They are seeking a solicitor (flexible with level of experience) to join their dynamic real estate team in Belfast. Key Responsibilities: Form part of a team that manages and oversees a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing. Provide expert legal advice on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation in both E&W and NI. Draft, review, and negotiate complex property documents and contracts. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth and successful property transactions. Ensure that you remain up to date on any changes in property law and regulations across both jurisdictions, offering strategic advice to clients. About You: The ideal candidate will possess: Ideally a minimum 2 years PQE (up to and including Director level) in real estate law, with a strong track record of handling complex property matters. Dual qualification with experience of handling transactions from within England & Wales and Northern Ireland, with comprehensive knowledge of the legal frameworks in both jurisdictions. In-depth understanding of property transactions, landlord and tenant law, and commercial real estate. Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-value transactions with precision and attention to detail. Strong Communication and a proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
