The Impact You'll Make: As a key member of the Culinary Breakfast team, you are setting our guests up to have a wonderful day having enjoyed a great breakfast in our Cast Iron Restaurant. You will be busy supporting the operation to ensure a truly brilliant experience for our guest. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver the production of quality breakfast food items to a high standard and specifications Work well in a team, taking ownership of your section Prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure smooth operation of your section Have a calm disposition and show willingness for self-development Who We Are Looking For: We seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual with experience in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry.
