Desirable Wok Chefs have 1yr + experience working in Chinese cuisine or working as part of a kitchen brigade in a high-volume restaurant. If inexperienced, you may love our food already and want to learn, develop and progress as part of our team Following SOPs strictly to recreate the standard of our well-loved dishes You'll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen's high standards in health & safety, hygiene & cleanliness We value flexibility & adaptability as youll be joining a demanding kitchen environment.
