Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the KS1 curriculum. • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. • Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide targeted support for individual students. • Encourage a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching methods. • Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
