IF YOU ARE Hands-on with Sitecore technologies, experienced in Sitecore JSS and headless architecture Strong in multi-tenant and multi-site configurations for Sitecore solutions Skilled in designing modular and scalable architectures, performance optimization strategies, and caching Knowledgeable about security best practices for Sitecore environments Familiar with .NET/C# and capable of handling Sitecore backend customizations Experienced with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services such as CRM, DAM, or ERP systems Familiar with Azure, AWS, or GCP for hosting Sitecore applications and understanding CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Terraform, etc.) Proficient with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js (would be a plus) AND YOU WANT TO Participate in proposal preparation, collaborating with various stakeholders Define the architecture vision for Sitecore solutions, covering quality attributes, risks, and technical drivers Complete estimation and scope decomposition of Sitecore projects Design prototypes and proof-of-concepts to present to stakeholders Take part in discovery phases and workshops, covering technical aspects and requirements Implement and lead the core development of Sitecore systems, ensuring smooth integration with JSS and modern front-end frameworks Transfer knowledge to the development team, ensuring that Sitecore's best practices are maintained Evaluate new technologies and their potential fit for the company and the project Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge Sitecore solutions TOGETHER WE WILL Gain Sitecore certifications as well as cloud certifications (Azure, AWS) Cooperate with top Solutions Architects within the company to drive excellence in Sitecore projects Be Game Changers who represent our best talent, top contributors, and creative minds in the annual SoftServe Awards Work with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative enterprise environment Engage with new customers, build relationships with different business stakeholders, and work closely with our sales team Become a trusted advisor in Sitecore development, headless architecture, and digital experience platforms Have the chance to address different business and technology challenges and drive multiple projects and initiatives as a part of the Center of Excellence All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
