Painter

Job Title: Painter - Social Housing and Building Works Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Monday- Friday. 40 hours per week. Start Monday 28th Oct. Key Responsibilities: Perform painting and decorating tasks in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming. Apply various types of paint and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project success. Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Painter, with a focus on social housing and building works. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment. CSCS Own brushes and tools and PPE Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry. Reliable and punctual with good time management skills. Full driving license is preferred.If you are interested please apply here
