Teaching Assistant | Immediate Paid Trial Days | Lambeth Role: Teaching Assistant Location: Borough of Lambeth Contract: Full time Start: ASAP Rate: £90-£105 per day Remedy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant willing to support year one teacher in a classroom setting at one of our most flourishing partner schools in the heart You will collaborate with the classroom teacher and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student. The ideal candidate: Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting. Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods. Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.Requirements: Experience working in a school setting GCSE Maths and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong safeguarding experience An Enhanced DBS (Preferably on the update service)Your benefits: A chance to work in a friendly and rewarding school.
