We are looking for a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive school in Richmond upon Thames. The role ofSEND Teaching Assistant involves:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND.
• Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement individualised learning plans.
• Encouraging students social and emotional development in a safe environment.
• Supporting students in developing independence and academic confidence.

What were looking for:

• A 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top UK university.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with SEND.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience working with SEND students is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time position in Richmond upon Thames, starting ASAP and continuing until July 2025. The role offers competitive weekly pay of £500 - £600, inclusive of holiday pay.
