Distribution Coordinator – Havant – £25,000 - £30,000 Would you like to join a reputable and global business? Are you a dynamic individual who likes working in a fast-paced manufacturing sector? We’re recruiting for a Distribution Coordinator on behalf of a global manufacturing company to join them at their site in Havant, on the outskirts of Portsmouth. You will report to the Customer Support and Distribution Manager, and this is a great opportunity to grow within a business that is rapidly growing. Responsibilities The role of Distribution Coordinator will be a varied role but will have the following responsibilities: * Process of sales orders * Liaise with freight and carrier companies * Create export shipping documents * You will communicate with different departments such as manufacturing as well as procurement to make sure customer deliveries are satisfactory * Maintenance of files * Process customs paperwork (Country of Origin certification, EUR1, ATRs) * Answer phone enquiries within the department * Management of customer accounts Requirements: To be considered for the role of Distribution Coordinator you will ideally have the following: * Previous experience in shipping, distribution or logistics * Knowledge and previous use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be ideal but other MRP/ERP would be fine * Experience of the marine industry or working with manufacturers of OEM products would also be ideal * Overall strong communication and in Skills Package The successful candidate for the role of Distribution Coordinator will receive the following: * Salary circa £25,000 - £30,000 * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm * Employee Assistant Programme * Rewards and Discount Scheme The role of Distribution Coordinator is commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Hayling Island, Chichester and surrounding areas.
