Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher Contract Type: Full-Time Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a Kidderminster based school from November 2024 to July 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalised education plans, supporting students diverse learning needs, and working closely with parents, guardians and other staff members. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to students' unique needs. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and multi-disciplinary teams. Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants and support staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with special educational needs. Strong understanding of SEN policies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
