About the role: * First point of contact for all clients both via telephone, email and in person * Day to day general clerical duties * Document management * Email and telephone management * Filing * Scanning * Data Entry * Ordering stationary * Provide administrative support to staff members as required Hours & Pay: * Salary - £25,000 * Monday to Friday * Permanent opportunity About you: * Previous Office Administration experience is desired * Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel * Strong numerical and data entry skills * Exceptional Customer Service levels * Must be well-presented * Customer focused attitude * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to multi-task
