About the role of Construction manager
This construction Manager will be working on a large steel frame project in East London working within a large team and focused on Civils/groundwork packages.
Responsibilities for Construction Manager
- This Construction Manager will run large civils packages alongside other construction managers and report into the Project manager.
- Managing sub-contractors on site focused on technical civils packages.
- Ensuring quality and high standards of H&S on site and driving the programme.
- Client walk around, contractor meeting and reporting upstream on any issues.
Requirements for Construction Manager
- Driven Construction Manager who can work well within a team and drive the sub-contractors.
- Construction Manager who is solution led, someone who can report efficiently and effectively.
- Construction manager who has well rounded knowledge who is ambitious and wants to continue to progress.
