The Role
Account Director leading a team of over 100 colleagues delivering Hard FM services across 3 sites based locally to each other in the West Midlands.
Ownership of a significant P&L ( 15m) with projects of a similar value delivered on top.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a state of the art facility driving operational excellence.

The Candidate
We're looking to speak with senior FM account leaders with experience in delivering FM services, ideally across large complex sites, with a proven background of significant P&L ownership. Strong people leadership skills are essential, with the ability to drive outstanding operational delivery whilst nurturing the client relationship.
