Sen Teaching Assistant

We are looking for: SEN Teaching Assistant for Early Years in a lovely primary school in the Crawley area. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated SEN TA to support children and young people in Early Years who have various challenges. Key Responsibilities: * Support the educational and emotional needs of pupils with SEN. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal growth. * Collaborate with teachers and other professionals for pupil success. Qualifications: * Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for supporting young people. * Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are desirable.
