IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER PERMANENT CITY OF LONDON 4 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, 1 DAY WFH An excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Service Manager with market experience to take ownership of IT service delivery and taking service delivery to the next level of maturity and best practice. BE responsible for ensuring that all IT services are provided efficiently and meet the needs of the business. MANAGE some key ITIL practices, including Change, Problem, licence, CSI and Service Asset and Configuration Management. OWN the business / third-party relationship management and be involved in the IT risk and service strategies. DRIVE innovation and automation through proactive management and intelligent MI reporting. Skills needed: ITIL qualifications Excellent experience around IT controls, Business Relationship Management and Vendor Management Be an exceptional communicator and influencer, and have a proven track record of managing a successful team Be self-motivated with a proactive approach, and able to develop strong relationships inside and outside the team Possess a positive attitude and be prepared to work as required to meet objectives, and being prepared to get hands-on Commercial acumen and experience of placing/tracking orders and dealing with 3rd party vendors Knowledge of Lloyd’s/London Market or general insurance is preferable but not essential
