Job Title: Mail Sorter
Location: Warrington WA5 3UY
Start Date: November 2024
Contract Length: 8 weeks initially
Pay Rates: Early shift- £12.54 / Late Shift- £13.90
Shifts: Early Shift – which can start from 03:00am Late Shift – which can start from 14:30hrs
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client's team in Warrington as Postal Mail Sorters. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Sorting incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and parcels with precision Unloading mail and parcels from delivery vans efficiently Moving items around our warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations Maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency at all times Working collaboratively to meet tight deadlines in a bustling atmosphere Handling trolleys and lifting heavy bags to keep our postal services running smoothly Keeping your workspace tidy and organized to enhance productivity Contributing positively as a key team member and supporting colleagues Undertaking any other duties as needed to support our operations What You'll Need:
Ability to pass a disclosure check Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Reliable, punctual, and a team player Be flexiable to work different start times and weekend work Due to the depot’s location, all applicants must have their own transport to get to the site. For this role, all successful applicants will be subject to security clearances and checks, including the right to work, background checks and reference checks.
